Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 7(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to letter dated 25th January, 2024, Birla Corporation has informed that the Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement on 12th June, 2024, with KFin Technologies (New RTA) and MCS Share Transfer Agent (Old RTA). The signed copy of the same was received by the Company today i.e. 14th June, 2024.
