ABB India has informed that the Company has received an order from the Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore imposing a redemption fine of Rs 25,000 to redeem the confiscated goods under Section 125(1) of the Customs Act, 1962 and penalty of Rs 5,000 under Section 112(a) of the Customs Act, 1962 on account of Company’s failure to satisfy the conditions specified for repair and returns of exported goods as stipulated in the notification 158/1995 Customs and Directorate General of Foreign Trade Policy. The Order dated June 11, 2024 has been received by the Company on June 12, 2024. The details of the above order, as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.
