ICICI Securities has informed that the Company has received order from the Appellate Joint Commissioner of State Tax, Hyderabad, Telangana on June 13, 2024 at 16:35 pm. In the said order the Hon’ble commissioner has upheld the disallowance of Input tax credit preferred by the Assessing Officer and raised demand for GST along with interest and penalty. The Company is evaluating appropriate legal remedy, including appeal, as per law. Relevant details pertaining to the order are provided in Annexure.
