With reference to the intimation dated June 14, 2024 submitted by the Company pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 wherein the Company has intimated to the exchanges about the revision in Credit Rating pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. PTC India Financial Services has informed that this corrigendum is being issued to inform that in press release, the header in the table namely ‘Rating update of CRISIL’ should be read as ‘Rating update of ICRA’. The revised press release is enclosed. Except as mentioned above, all other terms and contents of the said intimation shall remain unchanged.
