Inox Wind has incorporated four wholly owned subsidiaries in the name of Lakhapar Wind Energy, Laxmansar Wind Energy, Ghanikhedi Wind Energy and Amiya Wind Energy. Wholly owned subsidiaries have been established as special purpose vehicle (SPV) companies to develop wind farms in various parts of India.
Earlier, the company had incorporated four wholly owned subsidiaries in the name of Junachay Wind Energy, Dharvi Kalan Wind Energy, Dangri Wind Energy and Kadodiya Wind Energy.
