Also, a Declaration relating to unmodified opinion on Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements for year ended 31st March, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 33(3) (d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, is enclosed. 2. Dividend: Recommended dividend of Rs 2 per Equity share of Rs 10/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2024, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
