Nihar Info Global has completed acquisition of 1,980 equity shares of M/s. Beastbells Media (Formerly known as Goldenare IT Solutions) constituting to 99% equity stake. With this, M/s. Beastbells Media has become the subsidiary of M/s. Nihar Info Global with effect from June 15, 2024.
M/s. Nihar Info Global has already acquired M/s. Life 108 Healthcare and M/s. Beastbells Media is the second acquisition by M/s. Nihar Info Global in the last six months.
