With reference to Mail bearing No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/HK/ 2024-2025 / 4348 dated June 18, 2024, IVP has clarified that the Company has been regularly and timely disseminating in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), that have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour of the scrip. There is no information/announcement (including impending announcement) which in opinion may have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour of the scrip and which is required to be disclosed to the stock exchanges, in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations. Further noted that the Company’s management is in no way connected with the increase in price/volume of the Company’s scrip. Therefore, the increase in the price/volume of the Company’s scrip is purely market driven on which the Company neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons. The Company follows high standards of disclosure and compliances and has promptly updated the Stock Exchanges about all material or important events from time to time. As a responsible Company, they assured that they will continue to adhere with compliance requirements of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 or any other law.
