Pursuant to Regulation 29(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Aeronautics has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 26th June, 2024 will consider, the recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2023-24. Pursuant to the Insider Trading Policy of the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, with immediate effect till 48 hours after declaration of the outcome of the board meeting.
