In terms of the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, Piramal Enterprises has informed that the Company had received the request letters along with requisite documents from the shareholders for issue of duplicate share certificates. In this regard, the Company has issued duplicate share certificates to the shareholders. Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company - Link Intime India shall issue a Letter of Confirmation to the above shareholders, in lieu of the share certificates. Details of the shareholders and share certificate are enclosed.
