Physical rubber prices ruled steady on Saturday. The session was comparatively inactive and the market remained neutral amidst dull volumes.
Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 173/ kg and Rs 167/ kg respectively.
In the futures market, contract of June delivery dropped to Rs 174.35 compared to its previous close of Rs 174.85, while July delivery closed at Rs 170.68 compared to its previous closing of Rs 169.99 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
