The claimant has requested for issuance of duplicate share certificate in lieu of the original. In pursuance of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, the above said shares have been transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (the ‘IEPF Authority’).
