Pioneer Investcorp has informed that as per the Code of Conduct and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information policy on Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 01st July, 2024 till completion of 48 hours after Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2024 generally made available to public. In view of above, all concerned person is advising not to deal (buy or sell) in Securities of Pioneer Investcorp during the said prohibited period. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2024 will be intimated in due course.
