With reference to its earlier intimation dated June 19, 2024, wherein the company had intimated that the operations of the plants situated at Rakholi and Chinchpada were partially affected due to stoppage of production, in view of strike announced by the labour with effect from June 19, 2024. Further, KEI Industries has informed that the strike has been called off by the labour yesterday afternoon and operations of the Company’s Plants located at Rakholi and Chinchpada has been normalized. The details/disclosures required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure-A.
