With reference to letter dated October 23, 2023, Valiant Laboratories has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, vide resolution passed today have approved revision in the particulars of details provided to the exchange through above letter as mandated under SEBI Circular (SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123) dated July 13, 2023. The said revision is associated to the indicative time period for completion of the acquisition and has been revised from ‘On or before June 30, 2024’ to ‘On or before July 31, 2024’.
