In terms of regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Transport Corporation of India has informed that the Company has been informed by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFIN Technologies, vide its letter dated 21st June, 2024 about the receipt of loss of Share Certificate.
