Nova Agritech has received approval for investment in Nova Agri Sciences (Wholly-owned Subsidiary) upto Rs 35.28 crore by way of subscription to 35,28,650 Unsecured Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) of face value of Rs 100 each at par, in one or more tranches, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 22, 2024, have inter alia, considered and approved the same.
