Anuh Pharma has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of Anuh Pharma shall remain closed for all the insiders/designated persons and their immediate relatives, from Monday, July 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Accordingly, all the insiders/designated persons and their immediate relatives as per the Code are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
