Re-appointment of A Balasubramanian (DIN: 02928193) as Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a period of 3 years effective from July 25, 2024, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. 2. Appointment of Vishal Shah as Head - Internal Audit (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company with effect from June 26, 2024.
