Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, Visaka Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 01, 2024 for all the persons covered under the said code, in connection with declaration of Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2024. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after submission of the said financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
