Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure, The Ramco Cements has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st July 2024 till completion of 2 trading days, from, the date on which the Board Meeting is held for the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June 2024. The date of the Board Meeting would be intimated in due course. The same is also being communicated to the Connected/Designated Persons of the Company.
