In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE, regarding trading restriction period for dealing in the securities, Kanchi Karpooram has informed that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from 01st July 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024. Accordingly, all Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
