Astec Lifesciences has informed that the Company has received a letter dated 26th June, 2024 (Family Letter) jointly from the following members of the promoter and promoter group of Godrej Agrovet (the Holding Company of the Company): Adi Godrej, Nadir Godrej, Jamshyd Godrej and Smita Godrej Crishna, heads of the respective Family Branches, intimating that the realignment pursuant to the Family Settlement Agreement is expected to be completed in the month of July 2024, or by such other date as may be agreed between the parties. The Family Letter is enclosed as Annexure which is self -explanatory.
