Ultracab (India) has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Amendments thereto, and Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Securities will remain closed from 1st July 2024. This closure is in connection with the finalization of financial statements for the quarter ended on 30th June 2024. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of the said financial results to the Stock Exchange.
