Sigachi Industries has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons from Monday, July 1, 2024 till Forty Eight (48) hours after the dissemination of the unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The Board Meeting will be scheduled, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended June 30, 2024. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
