Vikas Wsp has informed that pursuant to internal policies to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insider in dealing with securities of Vikas WSP (Company under CIRP), framed under SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in reference to the Clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by the BSE vide Circular Ref. No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02 nd April, 2019, the company informed that Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of Vikas WSP (Company under CIRP) shall remain closed from Monday, the 01st July, 2024 till the end of forty- eight hours from the date of declaration of quarterly results for the quarter ended 30.06.2024. The date of meeting of the directors (Board of directors suspended under CIRP) of the Company for consideration of the Standalone Financial results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2024, shall be intimated in due course. This is being notified to all designated persons, their immediate relatives and other insiders under the above Regulations.
