In terms of Regulation 29(1) (a) & (e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BASF India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 7th August, 2024 at 11.30 am at The Innovation Campus, Plot No.12, TTC Area, Thane Belapur Road, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai - 400705 and also through audio-visual means, to consider & approve, the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2024. As required under Regulations 33(3)(a) & (b) and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the said Unaudited Financial Results, if approved by the Board, will be sent after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
