Gujarat Poly Electronics has informed that in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended up to date) read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for purchase/sale of the shares of the Company will remain closed from July 1, 2024 for all the Directors, KMPs and Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours of the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, all the Directors, KMPs and Designated persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
