The above disclosure has been intimated based on BSE Circular no. LIST /COMP/01/2019.20 dated April 2, 2019 - Clarification regarding trading restriction period and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
