In furtherance to earlier letters dated July 21, 2023 and November 9, 2023, regarding Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement between the Company, Ardeur Renewables and Cleantech Solar India OA 2, Orient Cement has informed that, upon successful completion of milestones as outlined in the above agreement, the Company has completed acquisition of 28.52% stake in Ardeur Renewables. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, in this regard, were already included with its previous submissions in this regard.
