Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has informed that pursuant to amended provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2024 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all connected persons/ designated persons and their immediate relatives and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
