Bharat Wire Ropes has received approval from Board of Directors of the Company to sell its entire shareholding constituting 26.72% in the paid-up share capital in Mitcon Solar Alliance (MSAL), (an Associate Company) to Mitcon Sun Power. The consideration of the shares is fixed at Rs 2.40 crore.
The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 28, 2024 has approved the same.
