Speciality Restaurants has informed that as per Code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (the ‘Code of Conduct’) framed and adopted by the Company in compliance with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from Monday, July 1, 2024. The Closure of Trading Window is in connection with the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2024. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2024, will be intimated in due course. The same is intimated to the Designated Persons of the Company in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
