LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Code), Dhruva Capital Services has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 01% July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Reviewed) of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 for the Connected/Designated Persons as per the Code. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons as per the Company’s amended Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading have been intimated not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period as per the Code.
