Southern Infosys has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015 (as amended) and in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for the Designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday 1st July 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30 June, 2024 to the public. During the aforesaid period, the designated person shall not trade in company’s shares securities. The date of the board meeting for declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June. 2024 shall be announced in due course.
