Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has informed that the company has been awarded total orders of Rs 148.55 Crores from followings: 1. Awarded Order of Transformers for total contract value of Rs 72.50 Crores from NCC, 2. Awarded Order of Transformers for total contract value of Rs 55.91 Crores from Power Grid Corporation of India, 3. Awarded Order of Transformers for total contract value of Rs 20.14 Crores from Adani Energy Solutions (Against PPP-8,9 & 10 RTM Rajasthan Project). The details of above said received orders are enclosed. The Company has received total order amounting to Rs 698 Crores during the Quarter. The Company continuously thrives to deliver quality products and services and over a period of time has become a leading manufacturer of transformers in the Country.
