Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Bharat Parenterals has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company for all designated persons specified under the Code shall remain close form 1st July, 2024 onwards till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Financial year ended 30th June, 2024. Accordingly, all designated persons have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading window.
