Jindal Stainless has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Sulawesi Nickel Processing Industries Holdings Pte. (SNPIHPL), Singapore, for setting-up a joint venture in Indonesia for investing, developing, constructing and operating a stainless steel melt shop in Indonesia, thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Jindal Stainless (JSL) is one of the largest stainless steel conglomerates in India and ranks amongst the top 10 stainless steel conglomerates in the world.
