In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, CFF Fluid Control has informed that the company has received the LOI for Procurement of Low Frequency Variable Depth Sonar (LFVDS) for Yard 3029-3034 (ASW SWC) from Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers totaling to approx. Rs 266.94 Crores (Including Tax). Further the details as required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure – A.
