Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Insider trading Regulation Code, Technocraft Industries (India) has informed that he trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from July 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2024 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with stock exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ending on June 30, 2024 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
