3i Infotech has received green signal for dilution of stake not exceeding 49% in its wholly-owned subsidiary NuRe MediaTech, which is the holding company of NuRe Bharat Network (SPV for execution of the RailTel project). The Board of the company at its meeting held on July 1, 2024, has accorded its in-principle approval for the same.
