KZ Leasing & Finance has informed that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendments) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular dated 09th May, 2019 is not applicable to the Company. Further, the company has clarified that it is exempted under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as Corporate Governance provisions shall not apply to the listed entities having paid up Equity Share Capital not exceeding Rs 10 Crores and Net Worth not exceeding Rs 25 Crores as on the last day of previous financial year. Hence, the company is exempted under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 and consequently the company is also exempted from submitting the Annual Compliance Report for the year ended 31st March, 2024 to the Stock Exchange.
