Subsequently on application, the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra (ROC) on July 02, 2024 issued ‘Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to the change of name’. In view of the same, the name of the Company stands changed to ‘CUPID BREWERIES AND DISTILLERIES LIMITED’ with effect from July 02, 2024 [Enclosed]. The Company is in process of filing necessary documents in respect of the name change to the Stock Exchanges.
