Jaykay Enterprises has executed loan agreement with JK Defence & Aerospace (JK Defence), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for disbursement of loan of Rs 2 crore in tranches to JK Defence. JK Defence will utilize this amount towards repayment of its outstanding obligations towards financial institutions for various credit facilities availed by it.
Jaykay Enterprises manufactures synthetic yarns, fibres and fabrics, portland and white cement, chemicals, fertilisers, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibre-making machinery, and chemicals, and develops renewable energy sources.
