Inox Wind trades jubilantly on raising Rs 200 crore on private placement basis

Inox Wind is currently trading at Rs. 158.35, up by 16.00 points or 11.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 142.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 148.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 159.25 and Rs. 147.70 respectively. So far 1004149 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 177.00 on 27-May-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 40.54 on 05-Jul-2023.

Inox Wind (IWL) has raised Rs 200 crore through the allotment of 20,00,00,000 - 0.01% Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative, Participating, Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 10 each of the company, fully paid-up, at par, on private placement basis to Inox Wind Energy, Promoter Company. The ‘IWL Committee of the Board of Directors for Operations' of the Company in their meeting held on July 3, 2024 has allotted the same.
