NGL Fine Chem has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 08, 2013 has inadvertently fixed the date of 32nd annual general meeting on August 09, 2013 which falls on public holiday that is on Ramzan Eid. Therefore in compliance with Section 166 of the Companies Act, 1956 the Board of Directors of the company have reschedule the date of annual general meeting on August 10, 2013. The dates of Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Book would remain same that is from August 01, 2013 to August 09, 2013.
