The Company has received the Certificate of Incorporation of the Subsidiary from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on July 03, 2024. The Subsidiary has been incorporated for the purpose of carrying on the business of trading and providing of stock broking services in the securities as defined under Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956.
The Company has subscribed 7,30,900 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 73,09,000.
Share India Securities is currently engaged in the business of equity broking, investing and trading activities.
