Adcon Capital Services has informed that the Board in its meeting held today have approved the appointment of Jay Bharatkumar Shah as an additional Director designated as an Executive Director of the Company and the appointment of Yesha Shah as a Non-Executive, Independent Director, subject to approval of members by way of EOGM/ Postal Ballot. The Board has also approved the resignation of Shankarlal Pansari, Independent Director of the Company. The company has enclosed Brief Bio-data of the newly appointed Directors, as well as requisite details for resignation of Independent Director, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. The Jay Bharatkumar Shah and Yesha Shah, who have been appointed as Directors of the Company, have not been debarred from holding the office of Directors by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The above information has been provided in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. The meeting was commenced at 9.40 am and has been concluded at 10.35 am.
