Kamdar & Co., Chartered Accountants ceased to be Internal Auditors of the Company with effect from 05.07.2024 due to sad demise of Mahendra D. Kamdar, proprietor of M. D. Kamdar & Co., Chartered Accountants. The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, in this connection, are provided in Annexure- A.
