In continuation to its filing Ref. no. LIC/SE/2024-25/12 dated April 25, 2024, Life Insurance Corporation of India has informed that the Corporation (the company) has infused an additional capital to the tune of LKR 500 million (approximately INR 14 crores) in Life Insurance Corporation (Lanka). After allotment of shares, the shareholding of the Corporation will be increased from 90.91% (before allotment) to 93.75% (post allotment) in the said Company. The details as required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as ‘Annexure – A’.
